Reservation Terms

These terms apply when you reserve a vehicle with Cirencester 4x4 Limited through our website, by phone or in person.

How a reservation works

• When you request a reservation, we will contact you to confirm it. The vehicle is only reserved for you once we have confirmed this to you in writing.
• While it is reserved, we will not sell the vehicle to anyone else. We will agree with you how long the reservation lasts and confirm it in writing.
• During that time we will arrange your viewing, test drive, part exchange or delivery.

Reservation amount

• The reservation amount is shown on the reservation page for each vehicle.
• Online payment is not currently taken through this website. If a reservation amount is due, we will explain how to pay when we confirm your reservation.
• If you go ahead and buy the vehicle, the reservation amount is deducted in full from the price.

Refunds

• If you decide not to buy the vehicle, tell us before the reservation ends and we will refund the reservation amount in full within 14 days.
• If we cannot complete the sale, or the vehicle is not as described, we will refund the reservation amount in full.
• If the reservation period ends and we have not heard from you, we will contact you. We may then release the vehicle for sale and refund the reservation amount.

Other terms

The sale itself is covered by our Vehicle Sales Terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any right to cancel a contract made at a distance.
