What we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number and preferred contact method.
• Enquiry details: the vehicle you are interested in, your message, and any part-exchange details you share.
• Vehicle valuation details: registration, mileage, specification, service history, condition, outstanding finance, your postcode and any photographs you upload.
• Reservation details: the vehicle reserved and your contact details.
• Technical information: basic information your browser sends when you visit (such as IP address and device type), and your cookie preferences.

How we use it and why

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings, test drives and delivery. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to customers.
• To value and buy your vehicle or part exchange. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To hold and complete a reservation or sale. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To keep sales and accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
• To keep our website secure and working. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
• To understand how our website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies. Lawful basis: consent.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed: with providers who host our website and email, with delivery or inspection partners you have asked us to use, with our professional advisers, and where the law requires it. If you contact us through WhatsApp, your messages are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. The map on our website is provided by Google.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and valuations that do not lead to a sale: up to 24 months, then deleted.
